Well, I would hope so, eh? Actually just came back from cooking for some friends of mine, all professional-like. Full outfit, professional demeanor...the whole boat. Made Veal Saltimbocca with pasta and broccoli with capers in brown butter for sides. Came out perfect. Timing was down well, and even made Zabaglione for dessert, which also came out well. Made a quick 50 bucks, and felt good for the night.
